Meet the Trainers

 

Scott Rapoport

Scott graduated from Southern Nazerene University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and is an experienced National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association certified personal trainer. He has over 16 years of fitness training and coaching experience. He has an extensive soccer background including several years with the USISL semi-professional soccer league and years of experience working with children and adults of all ages in sports related programs. 

After years in the health and fitness industry he decided to take his career to the next level by incorporating flexibility, exercise and his extensive sports related background together, he began working with individuals of all ages within the personal training industry. This is where he found his love for developing individualized programs that include strength training, cardiovascular/endurance training, functional/core based training and flexibility training. Scotts believes that through proper exercise and nutrition his clients will lose weight, increase their energy and flexibility and improve their strength, endurance and overall well-being.

 

Marni Rapoport

A love for fitness and achieving optimal health was the motivation behind becoming a National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association Certified Personal Trainer. Marni enjoys taking these skills and teaching her clients how they can be proactive with their own health.

Her practical and realistic program design using the most current knowledge of fitness makes training sessions both fun and successful. Understanding that time, initiative, discouragement, and confusion can get in the way of making the right choices for your body, she will help you make the changes in your lifestyle necessary to give you the quality of life you are striving for. With an extensive background in exercise and fitness, and participating in various training regimens, Marni helps her clients achieve their goals through integration of proper nutrition, regular fitness, and a balanced lifestyle.
